A Los Angeles native, Ashley Sisino has always known music as a crucial part of her life. After seeing some of the world’s greatest talents and festivals come through California, Ash wasn’t content simply dancing the night away. She seized an opportunity to work on the management side of the business and this started a long standing love affair with her artists and their music. From being on the road for sold out headlining tours to managing the release and promotion for a platinum selling #1 single to winning a shiny gold gramophone, also known as a Grammy, Ash has seen some shit.

 

Ash spent close to a decade working and thriving in the music industry before launching Wildrock Wellness. As a key member of the management teams of artists, like Portugal. The Man and Big Wild, Ashley saw firsthand the lack of and necessity for bespoke wellness programs for musicians. 

 

At the core of Wildrock’s mission is the connection between nutrition and creative excellence. Ash guides artists to their highest level of performance AND recovery through a personalized, accessible and honest wellness plan. Ashley leads Wildrock through a lens of humanity and a unique understanding of the demands for deep health within the music industry. 

 

Ashley graduated honors with a BA in Health and Wellness from the University of Arizona and is a certified nutritionist and health coach from Precision Nutrition, the home of the world’s top nutrition coaches.
